MikrodCAP helps businesses automatically send personalised customer appreciation messages after receiving M-PESA payments. The system works by securely reading payment notification messages received on your Android device and triggering customised responses based on your settings.

What You Need

  • ✓ An Android smartphone that receives your M-PESA payment notifications
  • ✓ An active M-PESA Till Number or Paybill Number
  • ✓ A stable internet connection
  • ✓ The MikrodCAP Gateway app installed on your phone
  • ✓ An active MikrodCAP subscription

Setup Steps

  1. Create a MikrodCAP account and choose your subscription plan.
  2. Install the MikrodCAP Gateway app on the Android phone that receives payment notifications.
  3. Sign in to the Gateway app using your MikrodCAP account details.
  4. Grant permission for the app to read SMS messages.
  5. Configure your appreciation message preferences from the MikrodCAP dashboard.
